About me

Hey there! 

I'm Hannah, a registered yoga instructor passionate about making yoga accessible and fun for all! 

As a dedicated yoga instructor, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, drawing from my experience as a triathlete and an Aquabike Age-Group World Champion. My journey in endurance sports has taught me the importance of balance, strength, and mindfulness—principles I integrate into my yoga sessions to help my students find both physical and mental harmony. I believe that the combination of yoga and athletic training can enhance performance and well-being, and I'm excited to share that knowledge with others.

I also work as a GP in East London and have a masters degree in sports medicine, exercise and health and therefore have plenty of experience with the human body. In my line of work I regularly find people come to me seeking wellness. I believe yoga is a good place to start.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, my classes are designed with everyone in mind. 

I look forward to helping you tune in to your body and mind!
